DOCUMENTARY
last ice | national geographic
EDITOR, PRODUCER
Last Ice tells the story of Inuit communities fighting to protect the rapidly disappearing Arctic that has been their home for centuries. I created these shortform pieces, pulling footage and interviews from the feature-length documentary.
the incredible dr. pol | national geographic WILD
EDITOR
After being promoted from Assistant Editor after just one year, I was tasked with editing scenes to be placed in full-episode sequences of National Geographic WILD’s #1-rated, Critics’ Choice-nominated show, the Incredible Dr. Pol. Set in Central Michigan's farm country, this reality series follows Dr Pol and the work done at Pol Veterinary Services.
pacific conservation heroes | moana & national geographic
EDITOR, PRODUCER
These spots highlight Pacific Islander women involved in the conservation and rejuvenation of their communities’ marine resources. These spots were developed in order to promote Moana 2, the story of a Pacific Islander with a similarly strong connection to the ocean.
charlene erasito | national geographic
EDITOR, producer
Charlene Erasito is a marine biologist and partner of National Geographic’s Pristine Seas. This video is just one of my pieces covering her life, and her work. My still photographs of her have been featured in multiple publications, including The Guardian.
rotuma field edit | national geographic
EDITOR, PRODUCER
At the end of each Pristine Seas expedition, a field edit is created and shown to local communities before the team’s departure. The purpose is to give them a preliminary look into what the full feature-length documentary will look like. This task is typically reserve for senior, full-time staff members. However, I was tasked with scripting and editing it on the 2025 Rotuma expedition. I was able to turn it around in less than a week, despite extremely difficult working conditions. I had to edit it at sea, while constantly receiving new footage from the field. The piece was highly praised by both the National Geographic team, and the local communities.
harvard gazette | harvard university
camera operator, producer, editor
I researched, pitched, filmed, scripted and edited these pieces in collaboration with Harvard’s all-digital news publication, the Harvard Gazette. Despite only working on a short-term contract, the team later tasked me with developing a creative direction for all future videos.
